Introduction and Acceptance

Vidcio is an AI-powered video generation and creative platform. By accessing or using Vidcio, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You may use Vidcio only if you can legally agree to these Terms and comply with applicable laws.

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, prompts, uploaded files, generated outputs, and all activity under your account.

AI Generation

Vidcio allows users to create videos, images, and other creative outputs using AI models and related tools.

AI-generated outputs may vary and may not always meet your expectations. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, unique, error-free, uninterrupted, lawful for your intended use, or suitable for any specific purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before using, publishing, or sharing them.

User Content and Output Rights

You retain rights to the prompts, files, images, videos, and other content you upload.

Subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any third-party model or provider restrictions, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and use of outputs do not violate any law, third-party rights, platform rules, or content policies.

Publicly Shared Content

If you choose to publish, submit, feature, or otherwise make content available for public display through Vidcio, you grant Vidcio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote that content for operating, improving, and marketing the service.

You should not submit content for public display unless you have the rights and permissions needed to do so.

Credits, Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Some features may require credits, subscriptions, or paid plans.

Credits may be consumed when you submit, process, or complete generation requests, depending on the feature, model, provider cost, and processing status.

Payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing issues are subject to the terms shown at checkout, your account settings, applicable law, and payment provider rules.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees and used credits are generally non-refundable.

You may cancel a subscription through your account or billing settings. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Vidcio to create, upload, share, or distribute content or activity that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive.
  • Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Contains sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or illegal adult content.
  • Involves minors in sexual, exploitative, abusive, or unsafe contexts.
  • Promotes hate, harassment, violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activity.
  • Creates misleading deepfakes, false endorsements, or unauthorized impersonations.
  • Uses a person’s likeness, voice, biometric data, or identity without proper rights or consent.
  • Interferes with, overloads, scrapes, reverse engineers, or abuses the service.
  • Attempts to bypass limits, security systems, payment requirements, or usage restrictions.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused or these Terms are being violated.

Third-Party Services

Vidcio may rely on third-party AI models, infrastructure providers, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, and security services.

We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, provider changes, model behavior, availability limits, or other issues caused by third-party services.

Service Changes

We may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Features, models, pricing, credit costs, and availability may change.

Disclaimer

Vidcio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidcio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, content, business, or goodwill.
