Question 1

What are credits, and how are they charged?

Accepted Answer

Credits are Vidcio's unified creation balance. One balance works across multiple models. Credit usage varies by model, generation mode, duration, resolution, and audio options, and the estimated cost is shown before you start a task.

Question 2

Why use Vidcio instead of each model's official website?

Accepted Answer

Because you do not need separate accounts, separate wallets, and separate workflows for Sora, Kling, Seedance, and more. With Vidcio, you can use one account and one credit system to switch models based on the needs of each project.

Question 3

Which generation modes does Vidcio support?

Accepted Answer

Vidcio supports text-to-video and image-to-video, and some models also support video-to-video, audio generation, end-frame control, and other advanced options. Available modes depend on the selected model, and the generator shows supported options in real time.

Question 4

Do new users get free credits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. New users receive free credits after sign-up so they can test prompts, compare models, and complete their first generation before upgrading.

Question 5

Do credits expire?

Accepted Answer

One-time credit packs are valid for 1 year from purchase. Credits included with subscriptions refresh with each billing cycle, unused subscription credits do not accumulate indefinitely, and the system consumes the earliest-expiring credits first.

Question 6

What happens if I run out of credits?

Accepted Answer

You do not need to wait for the next cycle. You can go to View credit packs to buy one-time credits, or upgrade to a higher-volume subscription if you create frequently.

Question 7

Will I be charged if a generation fails?

Accepted Answer

If a task fails because of a system or model issue, the corresponding credits are automatically returned. Only successful completed tasks consume credits.

Question 8

Can I use generated videos commercially?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Content generated under a paid plan can be used for ads, social publishing, and client work, subject to applicable law and the license terms of the underlying model.

Question 9

Will paid downloads include a watermark?

Accepted Answer

No. Paid plans support watermark-free downloads, which are better suited for publishing, client delivery, and commercial use.

Question 10

Which payment methods do you support, and can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

We support major international payment channels, and the exact options shown at checkout may vary by region. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled from billing settings, and future renewals follow your current subscription status.
